Tickets did not arrive
I was looking forward to receiving the tickets I ordered for several weeks. I cannot stress how disappointed I am. I expected more out of this website. It’s affordable, but it did not help me. Due to my disappointment, I was forced to ask for a refund. I cannot believe this company is making a strong effort to market this poor service. Fortunately, I was covered by a money-back guarantee
