Terrible experience.
I am sure I must have received poorer service before, but I am struggling to think of when. They were impossible to get ahold of and when I finally did get in touch the staff were either apathetic or incompetent. I wasted countless hours on the phone trying to get things sorted before giving up and going elsewhere
