I am sure I must have received poorer service before, but I am struggling to think of when. They were impossible to get ahold of and when I finally did get in touch the staff were either apathetic or incompetent. I wasted countless hours on the phone trying to get things sorted before giving up and going elsewhere

Your services stink and so does the company. I have never had a company representative treat me so rude and who can’t explain that they offer. The services that your company sells are more of a problem than a solution. Might as well not deliver the service, something that your company seems to know a lot about.
