Job well done!

I have never been treated so rudely in my entire life

Is it too much to ask for people to have manners anymore? After a thirty minute wait on the phone (like I have nothing better to do than to be on hold), the customer service representative was impatient and barely helpful. I don't ever want to deal with them again.

The item expired few months ago

I ordered this service for my childrens’ benefit. When a service doesn’t do what it says it will do, though, the children suffer for it. I compared services very carefully and finally chose one that sounded the best. It wasn’t. The service failed almost immediately, the company refused to replace it or refund my money, and were condescending. I won’t use them again.
