I didn't think it was too hard to inquire about the price of a service. The way the employee signed you would have thought I asked her to perform brain surgery. While I know the customer isn't always right, there was no reason for her to treat me like that.

Is it too much to ask for people to have manners anymore? After a thirty minute wait on the phone (like I have nothing better to do than to be on hold), the customer service representative was impatient and barely helpful. I don't ever want to deal with them again.
