Great customer service by Graham
I bought a Dash Cam, I knew the one I wanted but had seen it on their website at a cheaper price. That was sorted, my discount was sorted and I left with a smile. We could do with more sales people in stores like him.

Break times
Basically the staff at Halfords Banbury Marley Way southam Road, OX16 2RL, work past the legal time regulations and standarda for that of a required break. By law you are supposed to have a 20 minute break with no interruptions if your working more than a 6 hour shift. On multiple occasions I know staff who have worked for 7-8hrs before recieving their breaks, up to an hour before they finish the 8 hr shift they are on. So halfords is breaking the law, from the gov.uk site itself to have staff work longer periods of time before recieving breaks and sometimes coming ofd their breaks because they are "needed" Not at all a good place from a personal perspective to work if your not designated proper break times.
