My items were smashed in the box when I received them. When I reached out to the shop they completely disregarded my complaints and refused to help me.

Beware the helmets

I ordered a breastplate and helmet. The breastplate is great. The helmet won't fit on my head. I have a 7 1/2 hat size, so it's not as though I have a giant head. There was no way the steel helmet was going to go on my head. I called them about returning it, but I was informed that they won't refund my shipping, they won't pay to have it shipped back, and they charge a 15% restocking fee - all of this for a one-size-fits-all product that absolutely does NOT fit all.
