Thank you for the email telling me your service would be a little late due to lack of bandwidth. The email following that one telling me your service would be delayed because of your personnel’s personal problems is understandable. What is not understandable is taking two weeks to deliver your service when a simple temporary worker could have been hired. I don’t blame you for your problems, but I need the service right now. Sorry, but I’m going elsewhere.

My items were smashed in the box when I received them. When I reached out to the shop they completely disregarded my complaints and refused to help me.
