DO NOT TRUST THEM!
ibatterys 2022-02-18 1/5 DO NOT TRUST THEM! "Battery that was shown was a "Sony Infolithium" battery, which is why I paid extra for, but was sent a generic battery that I could have gotten from anywhere else for half the price. This is known as BAIT AND SWITCH, in fraud cases."

Horrible company!
Stay far away from this company. It took 3weeks to receive the charger, it was wrong, I received a runaround from the company, so I filed with PayPal and now need to ship to China to receive a refund. The company is a joke!

Do not buy from
bought a battery for my milwakee cordless drill, received battery after 4 weeks, and battery was in worst shape than the one it replaced, contacted company and they wanted me to send them a video of the battery, (not sure what that would proof but i did). They told me to ship it back to new jersey , then sent me another email saying i had to send it back to china, $50+ to ship it to china paid $84 for battery. kept emailing back and forth the person was no help, ended up sending it back its been 3 weeks have not heard a peep. The website looks as if its a big company and has support and customer service, but in my opinion its just one guy sending out batteries from his home.
