bought a battery for my milwakee cordless drill, received battery after 4 weeks, and battery was in worst shape than the one it replaced, contacted company and they wanted me to send them a video of the battery, (not sure what that would proof but i did). They told me to ship it back to new jersey , then sent me another email saying i had to send it back to china, $50+ to ship it to china paid $84 for battery. kept emailing back and forth the person was no help, ended up sending it back its been 3 weeks have not heard a peep. The website looks as if its a big company and has support and customer service, but in my opinion its just one guy sending out batteries from his home.
