Messed up orders
I never get my own orders, but my neighbour and I keep getting each other's orders. The names and house numbers are not that difficult to figure out! Do your job, and I won't have to keep calling to complain!

Wrong address!!
The driver left my package at my neighbour's door because I was at work. My neighbour took the package and kept it for himself! I've been dealing with a nightmare ever since.
