Not every business has PhD’s for workers. I don’t mind that. It’s when you hire an online service and they send out people who don’t even know what the service does that I object to. This service should stick to moderately intelligent people instead of obvious know-nothings. I won’t use this service again.

I never get my own orders, but my neighbour and I keep getting each other's orders. The names and house numbers are not that difficult to figure out! Do your job, and I won't have to keep calling to complain!
