Very undependable.

Poor quality of laundry service. Not dependable. When I made particular requests for their "notes", manager Saul Trejo advised me that his staff would no longer do my laundry. Who is running this asylum?!? avoid at all costs, not a good experience.

Not satisfied

I found myself indeed of their services for awhile. My clothes were returned smelling weird and very very wrinkled. I am unsure how have they been stored until they were returned back to me . THey also offer ironing but the cost seems a bit over the top with additional delay of a few days until the clothes are returned, which is a big disadvantage.
