I found myself indeed of their services for awhile. My clothes were returned smelling weird and very very wrinkled. I am unsure how have they been stored until they were returned back to me . THey also offer ironing but the cost seems a bit over the top with additional delay of a few days until the clothes are returned, which is a big disadvantage.
