Careless delivery
Every time I order from them, the package arrives in terrible condition. The boxes are cracked or broken. It makes me wonder if they just toss them carelessly into their delivery vehicles before distributing them to their customers.

Order issues
I ordered three products over a three-day span. I was told that they would all be sent in one order, and that I would receive them in 7-10 business days. They actually sent them as separate orders. I received two of them over a 14 day span, and still haven't received the third item. I can never get a hold of a live person when I call their customer service line, either.

Better than the others
This is the time to be completely honest. I love them. I prefer them to most other companies not because the rest aren’t good enough but just that this one remains to be the best.
