Ordered gaming monitor from their website. Decided to rush the order for express delivery as I was hoping to get my hands on it asap. The order was delayed, because it got delivered to another address. Whats on top of this amazing experience, is that the monitor itself had some burnt pixel. Is this company even for real? My old 60$ monitor was actually better than my new "gaming" monitor. Last but not least, I decided to despute the extra charges that was supposedly for the express deliver, as the monitor was firstly delivered to the wrong address. Guess what, after 2-3 emails and a lovely call with some of ther cust reps, I am not even getting my money back. Utter joke.

Every time I order from them, the package arrives in terrible condition. The boxes are cracked or broken. It makes me wonder if they just toss them carelessly into their delivery vehicles before distributing them to their customers.
