Lookout.com security app is at the best sub-standard!

I got this app for my phone (s) and not only is it hard to navigate, you can't get ahold of them in ANY way. Every time I tried to get somewhere there was a problem with getting it solved. Their app is not close to finished The security e-mail they sent me was so late getting to me, I had no time to act on it. The battery on the phone was dead by then. I would not this app to my worst enemy. You can't trust them to secure your mound of dirt! Not to mention they lie. You know that you can't trust a company that lies! I IE: They said that myaccount status was *inactive, I yet I am good till August. I My card statement says so. How convenient for them when I need to submit a claim!
