Terrible experience!

I pre-ordered a new product from their website. It was supposed to arrive a week before it was released to the general public. Well, now it's three months later, and I still haven't received my order. If I had known this would happen, I would have just bought one from my store down the street.

The product lasted less than six months

I have a manufacturer's lifetime warranty on it. I've been trying to get a replacement sent to me, but now they tell me that they no longer carry this item! I don't know what to do! This product was expensive, and it was supposed to last for a long time.
