I can’t believe I was left so high and dry. The representative I’d contacted about hiring the company’s service was extremely late to his own meeting with me, which is absurdly unprofessional if you ask me. If they can’t make a meeting, how can they expect to do business?

I have a manufacturer's lifetime warranty on it. I've been trying to get a replacement sent to me, but now they tell me that they no longer carry this item! I don't know what to do! This product was expensive, and it was supposed to last for a long time.
