I paid for a non-existant taxi!!

I paid on-line, no taxi ever arrived. Taxi office said they stopped taking jobs with minicabit long ago reason being minicabit were terrible at paying fares on time. So why was my card still charged???? I am angry I have been cheated like this.

Dishonest and unreliable

So I made my booking and got the confirmation mail. But on the day the cab never arrived and when I phoned them they said they knew nothing of the minicabit booking as they dont even work with them any more after a dispute saying minicabit were with holding the fares not passing them to the firm. So I posted a review on another reivew site but they censored it and remove it! So I'm telling you my experience again here. I wont trust them again

Badly treaten

Now let me say that I do not normally give negative reviews. However, I just do not want someone else to have to go through the stress that my family just did. Do not hire this company for any reason. They are disrespectful, unprofessional and downright mean. You cannot treat customers like doormats and expect to stay in business. They do not know what the words customer service is. This is the last time my family will ever be treated this badly by your company.
