Now let me say that I do not normally give negative reviews. However, I just do not want someone else to have to go through the stress that my family just did. Do not hire this company for any reason. They are disrespectful, unprofessional and downright mean. You cannot treat customers like doormats and expect to stay in business. They do not know what the words customer service is. This is the last time my family will ever be treated this badly by your company.

This company has the worst customer service representatives ever. I wonder why they even bother having them because they are no good and offer no help at all. I recently called in to lay a complaint and all I got was a group of uninformed and impatient people who couldn’t be helpful even in a single way. Good thing I could get the service I needed elsewhere.
