It's been a headache...

I only order from this company when they are running sales for the things I want. However, they keep on charging me the regular retail price for most of these "sale" items. It's been a headache trying to get this sorted out every time.

Really bad quality

I ordered a product that arrived torn, after two weeks of waiting. I called customer service to explain the issue and tell them that the item was still under the manufacturer's warranty. I was told that I could discard the defective item and that a replacement would be shipped to me free of charge right away. That was almost three months ago. I'm still waiting for my replacement product!
