I don’t care what anyone says, I’m never ordering anything online again! They can’t get an order right, they overcharge for substandard items and they never, but never, send it to you on time. They’re rude when you take them to task for these things. I can get that at a store, so I think I will.

I ordered a product that arrived torn, after two weeks of waiting. I called customer service to explain the issue and tell them that the item was still under the manufacturer's warranty. I was told that I could discard the defective item and that a replacement would be shipped to me free of charge right away. That was almost three months ago. I'm still waiting for my replacement product!
