This company has no customer contact at all!

I can't speak about the furniture ordered as I haven't received it yet. Iv tried to rearrange a delivery date but no-one answers the phone and the online form is not replied too untill 2 days later. I won't ever use this company again. To top it off they tell you to contact the courier, but when I rang xpd they told me to contact the supplier. What a shambles. Wish I'd gone elsewhere now.

Beautiful bed and so reasonably priced!

I am so pleased that I didn't listen to the bad reviews and just went ahead and ordered with Noa & Nani. We ordered a new bed for our 5-yr-old and she absolutely loves it! Delivery was quick (within 48-hrs of ordering).

Very poor customer service

I ordered a shoe storage unit from this company, which was delivered promptly, however the item was received some incorrect parts and so I was not able to assemble it. So emailed the company to which no reply was received from them, on the 3rd day I went on to a chat with them and was requested to email photo evidence of the incorrect parts. A day later I again went back to a chat .with them and they then said ok, we will do a swap but before we arrange that I should package securely the item ready for collection n send them a photo to evidence that I have packaged it. I was then given a date for when i was to get a swap. On the day of the swap however they came n picked it but the guy was not given the new item . So emailed them again n there has not been an answer to date. I have gone on their website but now the chat agents are not available and not item has been delivered.and am still waiting to speak to them

Awful customer service

Awful customer service. I ordered a bed for 549, they didn't have the bed and offered the same bed without the underbed for 471 after a "discount" even though the bed is on their website for 449. Avoid at all costs!

Bought for my grandson, and he was over the moon brilliant bed tent thank noo nani

i bought this for my grandson this is one of the best kids tents for a bunk bed that i have seen no cheap or dodgy material, thank you ..jade hall
