The website is not secure and Customer service is horrible.

I was ordering something on the site and the website told me I didn't go through. However, my card got charged for my order.( It's been saying pending for the past 2 days). Also, whenever I try contacting them I get no response.

Red flags before purchase

I was going to place a large order from this site. But I couldn’t figure out where to include the coupon code, so I “live chatted”. She quickly responded telling me that I could add it after I hit “checkout”. I thought that was strange. Then I asked her if I would have an issue with shipping to massachusetts. Conveniently, she stopped responding. I tried to ask the same question 3 different times on separate live chats, but all three times, I got no response. I’m thinking that my friend who told me that shipping flavored ecigs to massachusetts was banned, is right. I was hoping she had been misinformed.

Terrible scam

i paid extra to have my package delivered within the week. that was 3 weeks ago. there dumb tracking website shows my package just in limbo. customer services is terrible aswell. DO NOT ORDERED FROM THIS SHIT SITE

no one to talk to, I left 3 email , no response. I ordered 3 puf bars for 35.97$ but my bank account is minus 3 times that!! I know you are gonna take down this review, just want to get your attention to help me!!
