I was going to place a large order from this site. But I couldn’t figure out where to include the coupon code, so I “live chatted”. She quickly responded telling me that I could add it after I hit “checkout”. I thought that was strange. Then I asked her if I would have an issue with shipping to massachusetts. Conveniently, she stopped responding. I tried to ask the same question 3 different times on separate live chats, but all three times, I got no response. I’m thinking that my friend who told me that shipping flavored ecigs to massachusetts was banned, is right. I was hoping she had been misinformed.
