Customer service is bad

The company reps are not courteous or caring for their customers. They leave you on the phone hanging, and never seem to get back on, probably hoping that you just give up and hang up the phone. I stayed on the line for the longest and nothing came of it, and I eventually had to call back another day and wait again. Company services mean, you must serve the customer and all I received was a big waste of time.

Very pleased with the product

Poor quality

I decided to give this item Okapi Knit Jacket by TRIMARK a shot despite its high price and the numerous other negative reviews about it on this site. I had liked the design of the product and had wanted to try it out. I realized the mistake I made as soon as I received the product from the company. The item was easily destroyed soon after use. I will never shop here again and I recommend you do the same if you want quality products.
