There are about 10 negative things that I can say about this company for each positive one. The work that they did was what I expected, but the customer service was seriously lacking. I tried to contact the company several times to get some information and I got stuck in their automated menu. Finally, I gave up. They had no problem getting someone on the line to schedule my appointment and make my payment, but when it came to follow-up questions, I couldn't get anyone on the line.

The company reps are not courteous or caring for their customers. They leave you on the phone hanging, and never seem to get back on, probably hoping that you just give up and hang up the phone. I stayed on the line for the longest and nothing came of it, and I eventually had to call back another day and wait again. Company services mean, you must serve the customer and all I received was a big waste of time.
