Every few years, they keep shrinking the quantity of this product in each box. The same box that used to last me three months now barely lasts one. They keep increasing the price gradually, however.

One of the things that I hate about dealing with this company is their return/exchange policy. I was out of the country for a month while a package I ordered finally arrived. One of the items broke as soon as I opened the packaging it was in. I was told that they don't accept returns after 30 days!
