There is a moral code that businesses should abide by. Well I guess that memo did not make it to this company. Everything they do is immoral. You should not expect to get paid for work that is not done correctly. Also do not make your customers jump through hoops to get the job corrected.

Every few years, they keep shrinking the quantity of this product in each box. The same box that used to last me three months now barely lasts one. They keep increasing the price gradually, however.
