AVOID RENTING WITH THEM

Was renting 10years I had no choice! They flooded my whole house because of laziness ( not repairing the radiator) They never paid for my cleaning sucking water out and for broken expensive goods Tv dehumidifier fridge washing machine and more. When moving out they denied entry to collect my belongings!!!! Loads of it WERE putting wrong invoices just to avoid paying my deposit back!!! AVOID AT AL COST

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Lettings manager William Tsui (william.tsui@rentlondonflat.com) refuses to come to the phone and uses his staff to gatekeep and then discriminate against people who are contacting to enagage in their services. William Tsui made the following statement through his staff: 'We are under no obligation to speak to anyone beyond our tenants, owners, partners or service providers. Basically no one has the right to contact us unless they are from the gov or authorities.' This is the most bizarre thing I've ever heard. They do not want your business and will not come to the phone. Noted. Why exist as a business then? Make it make sense. I'm glad I've not engaged in their services now seeing these reviews as the red flags are massive. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! NEVER DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!

Great hassle-free service

I reached out to RentLondonFlat.com in May to rent a flat in Zone 1 London. The staff was nice and professional during the viewing we had, always responded to my message in a timely manner, and was overall very helpful.
