Lettings manager William Tsui ([email protected]) refuses to come to the phone and uses his staff to gatekeep and then discriminate against people who are contacting to enagage in their services. William Tsui made the following statement through his staff: 'We are under no obligation to speak to anyone beyond our tenants, owners, partners or service providers. Basically no one has the right to contact us unless they are from the gov or authorities.' This is the most bizarre thing I've ever heard. They do not want your business and will not come to the phone. Noted. Why exist as a business then? Make it make sense. I'm glad I've not engaged in their services now seeing these reviews as the red flags are massive. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! NEVER DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!
