I'm actually unsure where to begin but this company is absolutely awful, from the moment someone came over to give us a quote on all windows and doors and trying to trick us into verifying an email which would of had us agree a a contract with them to go ahead with the sale, which we queried as we hadn't agreed to anything at this point, to the salesman telling us he isn't here for a 'quote' his hear for the 'business' we explained we needed a quote first like any normal person would but he was very pushy and began to be very rude in his mannerism, previous to this we asked a couple of questions about the different locks he had shown us to which he said 'read the book' & didn't help any further, once he left both my partner and i were pretty gobsmacked, the next day we were called back by the manager who was also rude when we declined the quoted offer, and hung up, we have since had calls from various people from the company who then also change their attitude when you say No Thank you, we explained to one person the bad experience we had and he also had a bad attitude, there customer service is absolutely shocking, yet they still continue to ring on a weekly basis, and like to hang up on you when u explain your no longer interested This company doesn't like being told no, trying to trick us into the sale was also a big red flag along with the rudeness so anyone considering using these please beware.

Im really apppalled by the shocking aftercare customer service. Arranged for repair man to come out after 3pm as i work and have no one to stay at my house all day. He came at 8:30am when i was asleep and i didnt even hear him knock. And even if i did, he wouldnt of been able to do the work as i would be going to work not long after. So have had to ring back up and kept waiting on hold to arrange another appointment when i was told i would be getting a call back to arrange another appointment so has cost me money. How many more times do they expect me to have to come straight home from work only to realise he cant do the repairs as not available after 3pm and keep wasting my money ringing them to yet again arrange another appointment. This is unacceptable! I suggest they employ a repair guy who actually wants to repair and not just get paid to do nothing. Also the brass handles have discoloured and corroaded after only 4 years!!
