Avoid avoid avoid

Awful company, from day 1 i have had horrendous customer service, 8 failed engineer appointments, not showing up on the right days for an appointment, poor customer service over the phone. Taking money out of my credited account even though they know i have a prepayment meter, they charged me £1000 on one bill because apparently a colleague had closed my account. Honestly please spare yourself the stress and go to any other company.

Do not, by any circumstances use their services. There is no civil way to reach resolution with the company.

Incompetent Customer Service

I used to be a customer of this company for about an year and I have to say that they are very poorly organized. I never received a bill that actually made sense. After all, it shouldn't be that hard to estimate a bill. I'm really disappointed by their service!

Avoid at all costs!

Last year I made a huge mistake by trusting this company. It was a very stressful experience as every time I needed some assistance, the customer service team was paying no attention to what I was saying. They simply didn't care about their customers. Moreover, the billing was always wrong. I will never use their services again, that's for sure!
