Awful company, from day 1 i have had horrendous customer service, 8 failed engineer appointments, not showing up on the right days for an appointment, poor customer service over the phone. Taking money out of my credited account even though they know i have a prepayment meter, they charged me £1000 on one bill because apparently a colleague had closed my account. Honestly please spare yourself the stress and go to any other company.
