Nightmarish
. I have been dealing with one single payment issue for over two months now. I chose to have autopay on the ninth of the month. For two straight months, you guys have taken the payment early causing my account to go into the negative and get charged fees. To make matters worse, I am charged a fee from this company and my bank!!! Stop taking my money a week early!
