What a rip off!!

I have been a time warner customer for years..Spectrum just bought them out..i called to see if i qualify for any new rates..of course i didnt i was considered an existing customer..at this time i was paying $165 a month then was told it would go up next month to $180 becuz the promotion was up..when i started with time warner i was paying $90..so i told them that i was considering on leaving..they transfered me to the resolutions dept..that was a joke!! I went thru all the services i had and wanted to keep n she quoted me $202..WTF..Im going back to direct tv..a word to Spectum..word travels fast and the internet is a powerful tool..getcha where it hurts..

Horrible Technical Support

This company has the worst customer service when it comes to technical support. We had a problem with our cable and internet. First technician came 2 hours past the appointment time without a notice, started a new line and left for someone else to come and bury the cable the next day.Second tech showed up one day late, buried the cable but before leaving broke it again from the main entry and left without checking our connections. We called company to send some one the same day, which it was refused. Obviously this company has too many clients that they don't give a ... about their customers. Looking for a better company to twitch now...
