Lack of trust
We can never get over the fact of how we were treated by the customer representatives of the company that we hired. It seems as if every time my husband or I try to contact this company, they appear to come up with new ways to give us the shove-off. On average, we were placed on hold for over three hours every time. My husband thinks that a group of sheep would be capable of doing a much better job. Friendly, courteous, and rapid service my eye. Thanks for nothing, losers!
