We can never get over the fact of how we were treated by the customer representatives of the company that we hired. It seems as if every time my husband or I try to contact this company, they appear to come up with new ways to give us the shove-off. On average, we were placed on hold for over three hours every time. My husband thinks that a group of sheep would be capable of doing a much better job. Friendly, courteous, and rapid service my eye.
