NEVER EVER ORDER WITH THEM TOTAL SCAM AND I'VE LOST THOUSANDS!!!

This company is the WORST I've ever dealt with. We've suffered a horrendous ordeal, lost our hard earned money and feel totally broken by the entire situation. They don't care, they don't answer the phone and leave people feeling utter distress!!!

AVOID SCAMMERS

Used a number of times. Purchased money for my summer holiday and then more for my next break which was a last minute deal to Bulgaria. Paid and requested 2 days time as was off in 3 days. The following day got a email from compliance asking why I wanted funds. Stated it was a holiday and send all travel documents showing flight and hotel info from last minute.con the next day ( 1 day before I left ) another asking for passport and bank details to show proof as well as payslips. This was too late as wouldn’t get money in time. So they charged me £20 to refund. Why they didn’t send the request sooner as they could see when I was going. Scammers! Probably didn’t have any or enough Bulgarian lev. AVOID THESE SCAMMERS
