Used a number of times. Purchased money for my summer holiday and then more for my next break which was a last minute deal to Bulgaria. Paid and requested 2 days time as was off in 3 days. The following day got a email from compliance asking why I wanted funds. Stated it was a holiday and send all travel documents showing flight and hotel info from last minute.con the next day ( 1 day before I left ) another asking for passport and bank details to show proof as well as payslips. This was too late as wouldn’t get money in time. So they charged me £20 to refund. Why they didn’t send the request sooner as they could see when I was going. Scammers! Probably didn’t have any or enough Bulgarian lev. AVOID THESE SCAMMERS
