I will never call them again, and will avoid this brand

Customer service was a disgrace. I called to get a simple problem solved, and I kept getting shuffled to several people, one after another. After an hour of this, the person who could possibly help me seemed to care very little about my problem. After twenty minutes of complete disinterest, this person grunted and gave me the answer. Customer service indeed.

Save your money

I usually read reviews and do good research when I want something. I did my due diligence on this service. When I went in to receive what they provide, though, the people were incompetent and just bordering on rude. I could see why the reviews were so bad, but I wanted to give them a chance. I was wrong. Won’t return.
