Customer service was a disgrace. I called to get a simple problem solved, and I kept getting shuffled to several people, one after another. After an hour of this, the person who could possibly help me seemed to care very little about my problem. After twenty minutes of complete disinterest, this person grunted and gave me the answer. Customer service indeed.
