TurboTax is a Rip Off
Verified order
Turbo Tax claims to get you the best refund. While that may be true, they also take the most out of it. My husband and I filed jointly this year, and TurboTax charged us 200$!!!! How is anything they did worth 200$? When we called to settle the issue they couldn't tell us why they were charging so much or send a receipt showing why we paid so much. We will not be using TurboTax in the future and I encourage all other potential customers to seriously weigh the risks and benefits.
