Appalling quality!!!
Do not buy from this company, I ordered a wig for £113.00 waited ages for delivery, the wig wig was hidious, very nylon and synthetic. I would never put this on my head my own hair is far better, however when I contacted them for a return address they told me to send them a picture and said there was nothing wrong with the quality of the wig!!! I was told I could have a good discount off my next order and no address was given to make the return,this company is based in China and you will be totally ripped off with no redress!!!

Poor quality wigs
I ordered two human hair wigs worth £231.00. These arrived much much later than expected. The hair was not human. Very poor quality synthetic hair. Vivhair refused for me to return the wigs as the company was in China. Later, they supplied an address. I couldn't trust that they would acknowledge receipt of the wigs, so didn't send them back. The company pleaded if I could keep the awful wigs, I could get a 20% discount next time I made a purchase!! The Retail Ombudsman couldn't locate the company as Vivhair didn't have a physical address in the UK. Please do not buy from these Chinese scammers.
