I ordered two human hair wigs worth £231.00. These arrived much much later than expected. The hair was not human. Very poor quality synthetic hair. Vivhair refused for me to return the wigs as the company was in China. Later, they supplied an address. I couldn't trust that they would acknowledge receipt of the wigs, so didn't send them back. The company pleaded if I could keep the awful wigs, I could get a 20% discount next time I made a purchase!! The Retail Ombudsman couldn't locate the company as Vivhair didn't have a physical address in the UK. Please do not buy from these Chinese scammers.
