I called VividSeats twice, and they wont exchange for the correct city and even said they would “fight’ to the finish. Really??? Maybe PayPal shouldn’t do business with a company this hardcore. I called minutes after the reservation was made and the confirmation received that said the wrong state. Really how hard could it be to fix and exchange for the right city. Usually you have someone help when making online purchases to clear up any problems, misconceptions like this. My fault or there's the mistake was realize immediately and they were called only to be short and rude and not correct the problem. Be very careful with vivid they play hard ball and are unforgiving even though their site 'railroaded' me to the wrong city because I googled Charlotte NC vivid concerts. Never again may Karma come back to bite this company. They should be ashamed of themselves. One would think you're safe doing business online especially with a company that appears to be here on American soil but oh no, these people don't care about you at all and won't help you out even if your request is responsible. I owned the ticket less than a minute and they said too bad oh so sad.
