On May 13, 2017, I called my Local Walmart to find out if they had a product that one of my customers was looking for. The first call I was put on hold for 35 minutes and finally a sales associate came on the line . I told him what I was looking for and he put me back on hold for another 25 minutes, never to come back to the phone. The second call, an associate in Electronics answered and I asked her for someone in the wine department and I was put on hold once again for 20 minutes this time. She came back on the line and ask who I was holding for and I asked for a Manager this time. Her response was " Dang. I'm sorry I didn't understand you. No one ever came back to the phone after that. I finally hung up and called a third time. This time I asked to speak to a manager and was put on hold. A few minutes went by then the associates asked if I was holding for wireless and I told her I was holding for a manager and her response was "I called so you just gonna have to wait." I'm still on hold this time for 20 minutes. What kind of business is this?

It has terrible service. It has employees yelling at each other from across the area. It doesnt have bilingual people working at the food area. Instead of helping a customer that is in a bad mode about there food it just give back the money and leave it at the.

I check out multiple times and each time got a email that the order was canceled without tell ing me the problem AT ALL!!!!!!!!!
