Review about Walmart

On May 13, 2017, I called my Local Walmart to find out if they had a product that one of my customers was looking for. The first call I was put on hold for 35 minutes and finally a sales associate came on the line . I told him what I was looking for and he put me back on hold for another 25 minutes, never to come back to the phone. The second call, an associate in Electronics answered and I asked her for someone in the wine department and I was put on hold once again for 20 minutes this time. She came back on the line and ask who I was holding for and I asked for a Manager this time. Her response was " Dang. I'm sorry I didn't understand you. No one ever came back to the phone after that. I finally hung up and called a third time. This time I asked to speak to a manager and was put on hold. A few minutes went by then the associates asked if I was holding for wireless and I told her I was holding for a manager and her response was "I called so you just gonna have to wait." I'm still on hold this time for 20 minutes. What kind of business is this?
