cancelled my order

I found a chair on website on sale ordered it paid for it they told me it would be delivered in a few day, the day it was to be delivered I got a message from Paypal say the company had re-inbursed me my money & cancelled my order. The company didn't email me or call me to tell me they weren't sending me my chair. I called the company they said they had posted the wrong amount for the chair so they wouldn't sell it for the posted price. I was very upset to say the least, I told them as far as I'm concerned once they accepted my money and confirmed my order that was a contract. They didn't care.

Very bad experience

I gave my daughter a shade for outside at x-mas, since it hasn't been warm enough to hang it until now it was still in the box. The shade has spaces between the bamboo slats so it doesn't shade the sun like it is supposed to so customer service was called. The man on the line said nothing could be done since the time to return had expired. Tried to explain to him that it was given during winter so it wasn't hung up until now. He said he couldn't do anything. I was a new customer and was planning on ordering more but definitely will not be ordering anything else again from WAYFAIR!
